Fotini has over 24 years’ experience advising clients in range of contexts, including litigation, management, international tax consulting and commercial and corporate advisory areas of law. Her broad local and international experience has enabled her to develop expertise in commercial and corporate issues in a diverse range of contexts and industries.

Fotini works with clients and their businesses strategically and proactively, providing clients a unique opportunity to engage with her as a trusted and integral part of their advisory team. Fotini’s focus is on achieving commercial outcomes based on sound and reliable advice, building and maintaining genuine and trusted, long-term client relationships and she is unwavering in her commitment to providing unparalleled client service.

Fotini holds bachelors degrees in Arts and Law from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.

She is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a member of the German Australian Chamber of Commerce, a Family Business Association Specialist Accredited Adviser and a founding member of  the Family Business Consultants Network.

Fotini is Board Chair of the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Vic), the Chair of the HACCI National Federation of Chambers of Commerce, and Chair of the B Council for B Lab, Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand

Fotini is fluent in Greek and proficient in German.

Anastasia Aslanidis

Principal Lawyer

Anastasia qualified as an Australian legal practitioner in August 2000 and as an Accredited Property Law Specialist in 2013.

With over 20 years’ experience exclusively in property law, Anastasia has gained extensive knowledge of a myriad of property matters, from the ‘simple’ to the complex. Her diverse clientele includes homebuyers, business owners, investors (both private and public), charities and property developers.

Anastasia’s strong work ethic is evident through her meticulous attention to detail, results-oriented approach and honest, respectful communication in all her interactions. With extensive experience, Anastasia guides clients through property transactions with clarity and support, building client confidence in every transaction. Anastasia’s unwavering commitment to successful outcomes is a testament to her relentless pursuit of excellence and client satisfaction.

Outside of the office, Anastasia lectures at Melbourne University on property law and is a regular presenter of seminars in ethics and property law.

Anastasia is a member of the Property and Environmental Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Accredited Specialisation Property Law & Commercial Tenancy Committee.
