Fotini is a senior commercial and corporate lawyer with more than 26 years of local and international experience. She advises businesses, business owners and corporate decision-makers on complex commercial matters, bringing legal expertise, commercial judgement and a sophisticated understanding of the intersection between law, business and governance.

Her experience spans commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution, management and international tax consulting. Strategic and pragmatic, Fotini is known for anticipating what matters, navigating complexity and maintaining a clear focus on commercial outcomes. She has built enduring client relationships and works closely with clients and their broader advisory teams to deliver exceptional results.

Fotini holds Arts and Law degrees from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. She is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and a Specialist Accredited Adviser with the Family Business Association.

Her experience extends beyond legal practice into governance, business leadership and education. Fotini is Board Chair of the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Victoria), Inaugural Chair of the HACCI National Federation, Chair of the B Council for B Lab Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand and Consultant Board Member of Oakleigh Grammar school. She also presents governance courses for the Governance Institute of Australia, Family Business Association and has supervised the Start Up and Innovation Law Clinic at the Monash University Law School undergraduate clinical legal education program.

Fotini has mentored many young lawyers and professionals throughout her career, reflecting her longstanding commitment to sharing knowledge, developing talent and giving back.

Fotini is fluent in Greek and proficient in German.

Anastasia Aslanidis

Principal Lawyer

Anastasia is a senior property lawyer with more than 26 years of experience and has been an Accredited Property Law Specialist since 2013. Her practice spans the full spectrum of property law — from residential and commercial transactions to complex, multi-layered property matters requiring specialist expertise, sound judgement and a practical approach.

She advises a diverse client base including property developers, prominent business owners, private clients and not-for-profit organisations. Anastasia thrives on the variety and complexity of property law, bringing clarity, commercial judgement and pragmatism to every transaction.

For Anastasia, property law has always been about more than the transaction. It is about the people behind it. She believes business is personal, building enduring client relationships through straightforward advice, genuine warmth and a deep understanding of the people and priorities behind every transaction.

Her expertise extends beyond practice. Anastasia lectures in property law at the University of Melbourne and regularly presents at professional seminars. She is an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Accredited Specialisation Property Law & Commercial Tenancy Committee and its Property and Environmental Law Committee, contributing her experience to the development of the profession.

Betty Zervas

Special Counsel

Betty is an experienced Australian legal practitioner with over 20 years in practice across property, family and estate law.  A former principal of her own boutique law firm, she brings to Prisma Legal the perspective of both an experienced lawyer and business owner, with a practical and highly personal approach to advising clients.

Beyond legal practice, Betty has extensive experience in property development and the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation sector, where she has developed and operated luxury SDA housing and worked closely with participants, families, support providers and allied health professionals.

With an academic background spanning both science and law, Betty holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.

Her longstanding interest in health, research and integrative medicine also led to her involvement with the National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM), where she served as an Advisory Board Member and Director from its inception in 2008, a position she held for 14 years.

Betty believes the best legal relationships are built not only on technical expertise, but on trust, understanding and genuine human connection.  Her broad professional and life experience enables her to bring commercial insight, empathy and practical perspective to the clients she advises.
